Chemeketa Community College's teaching winery tasting room at 215 Doaks Ferry Road NW in Salem, open Thursday and Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons with walk-ins welcome, pouring student-made wines for $20 a flight, waived with two bottles, plus wine by the glass, beer, cider, light bites, and a patio with vineyard and valley views, where all ages are welcome but pets are not.
