Benza Vineyards
Benza Vineyards in Hillsboro offers 90-minute tastings Friday through Sunday from 11 am to 4 pm for $40 per person, waived with an $80 purchase, in a converted stables tasting room or on a deck overlooking the garden and vineyards, and makes Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and traditional-method sparkling wine from its estate.
