CHO Wines' tasting room on Albertson Road in Hillsboro, high in the Chehalem Mountains, is open Thursday through Monday from 11 am to 4 pm with a $50 seasonal flight of six wines that opens with a sparkling pour, an ADA accessible space, and a patio where leashed dogs are welcome by reservation.
